Maija Penn
Program Coordinator
Maija Penn (Mai-uh), Program Coordinator for the Henrico Education Foundation, has been working with children of diverse demographics (ie. all ages, disabilities, socioeconomic, and ethnic) for the past 10 years. Maija has worked in childcare, public schools, home health, and clinical settings to support children with primarily their behavior support needs. She received her B.S. in Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University in 2022, and is the co-founder and CEO of an educational nonprofit called, The Knowledge Exchange. Maija has a passion of educating others to help them reach their fullest potential!
In her spare time Maija enjoys playing board games, lounging watching anime and movies, drawing & painting, having dinner parties and keeping up with her beloved pups! Maija’s favorite part about working for HEF is being able to continue to serve the communities’ educational needs!
