Her journey through 20 years in various corporate roles has been complemented by five impactful years working across state, federal, and nonprofit organizations, where her commitment to community continues to grow.

She has made significant contributions through her active participation in her church, her leadership role in her son’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA), and her unwavering commitment to mentoring and coaching professionals within her network. These endeavors reflect her deep-rooted belief in the power of community support and professional development.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, Ebony has always understood the importance of clear and effective communication. Her pursuit of her passion for communications led her to attain a Master’s in Business Communications, focusing on Project Management, further solidifying her expertise in leading complex projects with precision and strategic vision.
Continuously driven by curiosity and more knowledge, Ebony recently earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is currently preparing to acquire an Agile Hybrid Project Pro Micro-Credential. These achievements underscore her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards and methodologies.
In her downtime, Ebony finds joy and balance in the simple things. She is Mario Kart fan, a fun passion she shares with her six-year-old son and husband. Alongside navigating the joys of motherhood with her toddler son, she looks forward to Sunday nights to watch all things within the Walking Dead Universe.
