Shahidah "Shon" Graham, Administrative Assistant began her career with HEF in November of 2024. Shon brings a unique blend of experience and passion to the role having both a background in teaching Pre-K/Kindergarten, as well as holding a position as an Administrative Assistant for TGI Fridays Corporate for nearly 20 years. In addition, Shon is the founder of Massive Girls Nite Out, an organization that provides a platform for women to build meaningful relationships, celebrate their successes and uplift one another. Shon is also the co-founder of Best Budz, an organization she started 8 years ago with her best friend to help families overcome the challenges of addiction, by promoting healing, providing resources and support and empowering them to rebuild their lives.
In her free time, Shon enjoys cooking, True Crime documentaries, exploring her creativity, spending time with loved ones and her 2 fur babies, Skeeta and Honey.
