Robin Rowland
Chief Operating Officer
Robin Rowland, Chief Operating Officer, started with HEF in August 2019 after holding positions at UVA and several private childcare centers in Chesterfield and Henrico County. Robin is a passionate leader that enjoys improving systems that support early childhood education and school readiness. Robin obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree from Liberty University in Teaching and Learning.
In her free time Robin enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her 13 grandchildren. Her favorite part about working for HEF is being able to connect schools and private providers to offer better services and more choices to students and families.
