Turn Your Gift Into a 65% Tax Credit

Don’t miss out on claiming tax credits! We have a limited amount of credits available to HEF donors (individuals and small businesses), but they must be claimed by June 19.  The value of each credit is 65%! Give $1,000 to HEF and reduce the amount of income tax you owe by $650! Email Rrowland@henricogives.org to reserve your tax credits now.

The halls are quiet now. But before you know it, students will be racing back into classrooms looking for the moment that sets their learning in motion.

Maybe you remember when it clicked for you, maybe it was a teacher who pushed you further than you thought you could go, a project you couldn't stop thinking about long after the bell rang.

At HEF, we work every day to create more of those moments.

It's a third-grader who discovers she loves building things, because her classroom had the tools to try. It's a middle schooler who finally sees himself in the future workforce, because a teacher got a grant to bring his vision to life. It's a high schooler who graduates future-ready, not just diploma-ready.

Each Henrico student deserves moments like this. And your gift can help make them possible.

Henrico County Public Schools' Journey to 2030 calls for every student to be prepared, not just for a test, but for life: for careers that don't exist yet and for problems the world hasn't named yet. HEF is the engine that helps set that vision in motion by funding innovative teacher grants, hands-on learning, and experiential programs that tax dollars don't reach.

As this school year closes, we're issuing an invitation: invest during the next 30 days and help us raise $15,000 for Henrico's students. It's a big ask, but Henrico's students are worth every penny of it.

Thank you for believing the best is still ahead for Henrico's students.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Boyle
