Alicia Bolling
Director of Human Resources
Alicia Bolling joined the Henrico Education Foundation in April 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University and brings nearly a decade of Human Resources experience across diverse industries, including restaurants, healthcare, and now a nonprofit organization.
As an HR Generalist, Alicia has developed well-rounded expertise across all areas of human resources, allowing her to support employees and leadership with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach.
Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mother of a little boy and girl as well as a devoted cat mom of two. She enjoys going on walks and is a self-proclaimed movie fanatic.
