Stephen Halsey is a Vice President with Moseley Architects and serves as a Managing Principal in the K-12 Education Sector where he leads a team of design professionals in the planning and design of K-12 education projects across the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a graduate of N.C. State University with degrees in Environmental Design and Architecture and has spent the vast majority of his professional career supporting education through the design of education facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. Stephen begins his third term with HEF and is looking forward to seeing the innovation in Henrico classrooms that HEF supports through the Innovative Grant Program.

Stephen and his wife of 28 years, Joanna, live in western Henrico County with their beagle, Bailey. They have two children in college. Sarah, a Douglas Freeman graduate, is a senior at Meredith College studying math, statistics and data science and Thomas is a sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University studying mass communications and advertising.
