Formerly Chief Revenue Officer, she now advises on strategy across consulting, managed services, executive search, and acquisitions. Renee began her career at KPMG and has extensive experience in executive search, consulting, and private equity–backed growth initiatives. Known for her forward-thinking business acumen, she continues to advise C-suite leaders on brand, culture, and organizational strategy.
A longtime Henrico County resident, Renee is deeply committed to education and community service and is proud to serve on the Henrico Education Foundation Board, giving back to the school system that has supported her four children. Her family has been deeply engaged in the county’s public education system for more than 17 year, with two still attending Glen Allen High School.
