Amy Boyle
Community Volunteer
Amy Boyle has lived in Henrico County (Three Chopt District) since 1998. A 1992 graduate of the University of Richmond, Amy is a retired elementary school teacher, having taught in both Virginia and Pennsylvania. Once her children started school, Amy turned her love for public education into volunteer hours. Amy has served for the past 18 years on PTA boards at her children’s schools - eight of those years as PTA President at Freeman High School (4), Ridge Elementary (2) and Tuckahoe Middle School (2). Amy’s PTA roles have led to service on countless committees, focus groups and planning teams at the school and County levels since 2007. Amy works part-time for Henrico County Public Schools and as a wedding coordinator, while also holding leadership roles in various community groups. Amy and her husband, Rob, have three children who are graduates of Henrico County Public Schools. In her free time, Amy is an avid walker, a huge fan of Broadway shows and sampling local coffee shops.
