WTVR CBS6 spotlights HEF Grant project

Rob Cardwell from WTVR CBS6 shared this story about the HEF's "Teeing Up Tomorrow" grant that was awarded as a shared grant to Fairfield Middle school and Hungary Creek Middle School. The award granted $25,600 for the purchase of golf simulators that would be showcased at several school events as well as physical education classes.  The simulators have already reached thousands of students in its first year of implementation.  The academic reach of the simulators includes both math and science curriculum.
