Mindy Cloyes is a Senior Delivery Lead at Bank of America, where she leads a global team focused on technology enhancements. With 25 years at the bank, she is known for being solutions-focused, committed to lifelong learning, and passionate about helping teams overcome challenges. Her background includes a degree from Radford University, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Project Management Professional certification, Scrum Master certification, and a master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado State University.

Before joining the bank, Mindy began her career as a middle school Math and Science teacher.

Mindy is actively involved in leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. She co-leads the Women in Technology & Operations advocacy group, supports site leadership initiatives, and leads community and employee engagement activities. She enjoys mentoring others, building connections, and bringing positivity to her teammates and our community.

She is married to her junior high school sweetheart and is most proud of her role as mom to three amazing teenagers. She is excited about the opportunity to serve on the HEF Board and is inspired by the foundation’s focus on student success and innovation in public education.
