CarMax
Chasity Miller serves as the Community Engagement Manager at CarMax, where she partners with associates and nonprofits nationwide to help communities thrive through philanthropic and volunteer support. Prior to joining CarMax, she spent nearly eight years focused on community affairs, grant writing, and donor recognition for the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Chasity holds a bachelor’s degree from Sweet Briar College and a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Spanning all these experiences, one of her greatest joys is seeing how much stronger communities are when we all come together to make a difference.

Chasity and her husband, Avery, are both proud members of the second graduating class of the Center for the Humanities at Hermitage High School. They are very grateful to have their three children currently attending Henrico County Public Schools. As a first-generation college graduate, Chasity is a passionate supporter of education and believes all students can succeed when they have the resources they need. She is inspired by the dedicated and caring professionals throughout Henrico County Public Schools who work tirelessly every day. Chasity is proud to help support Henrico Education Foundation’s continued innovative and collaborative approaches that create positive outcomes for students countywide.
