Prince William County Public Schools
Wade Anderson serves as Division Counsel for Prince William County Public Schools, the second largest school division in Virginia with approximately 90,000 students. Prior to joining PWCS, Wade worked at the law firm of Sands Anderson as part of the state's largest education law team. In that role he advised school boards across Virginia on a wide array of legal issues. Before joining Sands Anderson Wade served as Division Counsel to the Henrico County School Board for seven years.

Wade's wife, Stephanie, is an innovative learning coach with Henrico County Public Schools. Wade and Stephanie have a daughter who attends a specialty center at J.R. Tucker High School, where she is active in the JROTC program, and a son who attends Pocahontas Middle School. Wade believes HEF's greatest contribution to Henrico schools includes serving as an incubator for new and cutting-edge programs (along with the funding to implement them) to enhance the educational experiences of Henrico County's students!
