Diane Tidwell is the Director of Property Management, VA for Gumenick Properties, where she has oversight of operations in the company’s Virginia multi-family and commercial investment portfolio.
Diane has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Originally from the Midwest, Diane moved to Richmond with her family in 2014 to work for Gumenick Properties.
Diane enjoys spending time with her young family and working with local organizations like the Henrico Education Foundation. Diane’s two children are very involved with sports and activities at the Tuckahoe YMCA. Diane’s favorite thing about HEF is the direct support given to innovative teachers and educators who are working daily to improve the educational opportunities for the students in Henrico.
